The great folks over at Play Rugby USA are taking part in Runamuck , a muddy 5k run, and want you to join the fun!
They are looking for 10 teams of 4 to join in and challenge the Play Rugby USA team for some great prizes - including the best costume. For more details on how to take part, head on over to their Facebook page.

100% of sponsor / donor proceeds will benefit Play Rugby, Inc in establishing its new youth development programs for 2009-2010 academic year. These programs include rugby, fitness, nutrition and academics for 2 schools in West Harlem and 2 schools in East Harlem.
